Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

In the app (fastest): open KuvarSend and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is closed immediately.

Without the app: email privacy@kuvarpay.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Delete my account”. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before we proceed.

Before you delete

Your wallet balance must be zero. Please withdraw or send any remaining funds first — for your protection, we cannot delete an account that still holds a balance.

What is deleted

When your request is processed we permanently remove your profile and personal data, including your name, email address, phone number, residential address, date of birth, device identifiers, saved recipients, and login credentials. Your account can no longer be accessed.

What is retained, and why

As a regulated financial service, we are legally required to keep certain records after an account is closed, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing, tax, and other financial regulations. This includes identity-verification (KYC) records and transaction history. We retain these records for the period required by applicable law — typically several years (commonly five to ten) from your last transaction or account closure, depending on your country — after which they are permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized. How long it takes

Account closure is immediate. Deletion of your associated personal data (other than the legally retained records described above) is completed within thirty (30) days.
